We are two sisters, Roussa and Katerina, born and raised on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. The private hill where our villas are built holds a special place in our hearts, as it was the setting for countless Sunday picnics during our childhood. We would run freely through the lush greenery, explore the mountain trails, and occasionally come across a curious squirrel.
On those carefree days, we would walk down to the main road to sneak an ice cream from one of the very first mini markets in the area.
Summers have always been synonymous with the nearby Vasilikos area, where we still visit almost daily, now with our own daughters, to swim in the crystal-clear waters of its pristine beaches.
These villas were built with endless love and deep emotion for this land, which our father purchased over 35 years ago. It has always been our dream to honor our father’s land in the best and most beautiful way possible, creating a space that offers our guests the same feelings of freedom, peace, and connection to nature that we have cherished since childhood.
The name MonteSea reflects the two defining elements of this place: the mountain (Monte) and the sea, which dominate the stunning views from every corner of the property.
